Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. A number already on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app can be moved to the API. A fresh number is the quickest option, and our team guides you through either.
Will my number get banned?
Glintsapp uses only Meta's official Cloud API. Bans happen with unofficial QR-scan tools. Message people who opted in and Glintsapp will warn you if your quality rating drops.
How many messages can I send per day?
New numbers can start conversations with 250 people a day. After Meta business verification the limit rises to 1,000, then 10,000, 100,000 and unlimited as your quality stays good.
How do I get the green tick?
The verified badge is decided by Meta and needs a verified business with public presence. We help you prepare and submit the request.
Do you support Tamil messages?
Yes. Templates, chatbot replies and the inbox fully support Tamil, and our support team speaks Tamil and English.
